My name is Opal (nickname: “Op”).

I like to think of myself as a free-time poet, writer, dancer, and photographer.

Gifted with the ability to listen, communication care is my specialty.

I have a passion for helping individuals who are disabled, experiencing mental health challenges, lost, and/or lonely.

My mission is to be a light in the world, to encourage, and to make sure others feel seen-understood-cared for.
