07/27/2026 Today, I drove to Strand Beach. This is one of my favorite beaches because a) parking is free [Selva Rd] b) it’s walkable c) the proximity to the ocean and multimillion dollar homes is unmatched.
My favorite memories here are eating breakfast at the beach, walking the nearby trail with my brother, and chatting with a lifeguard who lived nearby. Thanks, Strand Beach, for being accessible, unique, and picturesque. You will be missed. xo
