07/23/26 After stopping at Miracle Coffee in HB, I ventured over to Seal Beach. Seal Beach is significant because it stands as the coastal marker for how far I tend to travel (often staying between Seal Beach and San Clemente). I have gone beyond these landmarks, but I wouldn’t say I do it regularly. In Seal Beach, I have spent time checking out main street, sitting at Humblemaker Coffee Co., and walking the pier (beach). Parking is free for 2-hours (Main St.), if you are lucky to snag a spot. There are gift shops and eateries. You can generally get a view of downtown Long Beach from the pier, which is cool. There is a paved path near the beach area (not as extensive as Newport or HB, but great for a day you want something on a smaller scale). After yesterday’s 10+-mile venture, my legs were like- just chill.

Thank you, Seal Beach, for being a place that people can go for a little excursion. You will be missed.
