Blooming Color: Puzzle

7/1/2026
A caring coworker (the same one who gave me the Bucket List Books puzzle) gifted me this Blooming Color puzzle when from our workplace she did depart
Hah, my logic was to dump it out on the floor (like a kid) to start
This puzzle is different, each piece with a letter on the back
My recall of what my coworker said those letters meant seemed to lack
a-b-c-d-e-f-g-h-i-j-k, do I sort all 1,000 pieces into each letter group
I did the flat edges, proceeded with a repetitive hand sort scoop
For someone who has not been sleeping well at night
This task definitely passed the time all right
Though initially intimidated by the color spectacle before my eyes
This puzzle was surprisingly easy, letter sort (then use the colors) wise
I love spying (photographing) flowers when I am on walks outside
Endless varieties, color pattern combinations, could not capture them all if I tried
I like the way they change from one moment to the next
Brighten a person’s day, like a simple “good morning honey” text
Perfection, not a lasting state
Growth, weather- a transient fate
Anyways, 2:00am and I feel accomplished, task completed
Back to bed as not to wake with all energy depleted

(1) The puzzle piece floor dump
(2) Questioning how essential it would be to sort all 1, 000 pieces by letter
(3) Thinking, this might be a good place to stop πŸ˜€ … “O” for Opal (also, clearly I took a break from sorting :D)
(4) Finish and admire the puzzle (Bgraamiens Puzzle: Blooming Color, 1000 pieces)
I also took a moment to laugh at (and appreciate) the box tip: “please be careful to keep all the pieces safe … If missing pieces happened, please contact us with the following e-mail to get a new set” … bonus points for including contact info for missing pieces (lol, we’ve all been there where the one piece goes missing… maybe the dog ate, maybe we accidentally threw it in the trash, maybe it walked away… one will never know).
