1, 000 piece sea turtle world jigsaw puzzle complete
I call that a 3a.m. 03/24/26 feat
Prompted to reflect on the vastness of the ocean
The magnitude of life in motion
Likely everchanging, similar to land
Colors magnified, vibrant blues, greens… to murky brown like sand
Always hidden, a treasure to find when still
A unique shell with a preserved pattern thrill
Wondering at that unseen, water surface below
Abundance of creatures, lives we do not know
Are they courageous? Are they scared?
Lonely, cold, prepared?
Learning the power of the current, each wave
The ebb and the flow, life save
Comfort in the dark, comfort in the light
Worry washed away tonight. ❤

As if encouraging perseverance, a present moment wish!
Simply Op Comment: If you know me, you know that one of my go-to phrases to myself is “don’t turtle”. I use it when I know I have been confronted with a challenge that makes me want to avoid or hide (similar a land turtle retreating into a shell).
Simply Op Comment: I appreciate the way that turtles are unique (shell and scale) and the way they travel; there is so much to learn about them
